Rum & Reggae Chester – Ticket policy

This Ticket Policy applies to all tickets purchased for Rum & Reggae Chester and any associated Rum & Reggae UK events.
By buying a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Types & Validity

• Only tickets purchased through our official ticket partners are valid for entry.

• Tickets purchased from third parties, social media resellers, or unofficial sources may be invalid and will not be refunded or honoured at the gate.

• Each ticket contains a unique QR code which may be scanned once for entry. Duplicated or screenshot tickets may be rejected.

2. Entry Deadlines

• Your ticket guarantees entry before 3:30pm on the day of the event.

• Arrivals after this time may be refused entry unless you have contacted the organiser in advance.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including:

• Wet weather, cold weather, or uncomfortable conditions

• Personal circumstances or change of plans

• Travel issues or delays

• Line-up changes

• Choosing not to attend

• Illness (unless covered by your own ticket insurance)

The only exception is if the entire event is cancelled by the organiser.

4. Ticket Transfers

• Tickets may be transferred to another person only if the organiser is notified at least 24 hours before the event.

• We must receive the new ticket-holder’s name for the ticket to remain valid.

• Tickets must not be resold for profit or listed on secondary ticketing platforms.

5. Lost Tickets / Email Issues

If you lose access to your ticket email:

• Contact us via the official Rum & Reggae website with your name, order number, and email address used at purchase.

• Replacement e-tickets can be reissued only to the original purchaser.

6. On-Site Ticket Purchases

• Any tickets purchased at the venue are processed securely.

• Rum & Reggae Chester does not store card details.

• Printed receipts can be collected at the bar; uncollected receipts are securely destroyed.

7. Postponement or Cancellation

• If the event is postponed, all tickets automatically transfer to the new date.

• If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.

• If the event is cancelled in full, ticket-holders will receive a refund of the ticket face value (booking fees excluded).

8. Fake / Invalid Tickets

The organiser is not responsible for:

• Tickets purchased from unofficial resellers

• Fake or duplicated tickets

• Tickets modified or tampered with

Anyone presenting an invalid ticket will be refused entry.

9. Age Requirements

• Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Valid ID may be required for alcohol purchases or age-restricted areas.

10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Rum & Reggae Chester, you confirm that you agree to this Ticket Policy, the event Terms & Conditions, and all information provided on our official website.
