Ticket Purchases Made On-Site

If you purchase tickets at the event using a debit or credit card:

• Your payment is processed securely by Paymentsense.

• Rum & Reggae Chester does not store or access your card details.

• Printed card receipts can be collected at the point of sale. Uncollected receipts are securely destroyed.

Tickets Purchased Online (See Tickets)

If you purchase tickets through See Tickets, they act as our authorised ticketing partner.
Your personal data is processed under their GDPR-compliant privacy policy.
We only receive the information necessary to administer your booking (e.g., name, email).

Bank Transfer Payments

If you choose to pay via bank transfer:

• Your bank details are processed and held securely by Santander UK.

• Rum & Reggae Chester does not store, access, or retain any bank information.
